[V8] Cams -- again

Does anyone have any experience with Web Cam, Inc.?

If I were to pull my four cams out and send them for lobe welding and
grinding, what specific issues or concerns should I make sure are good
to go?

I'm digging through all the previous posts from Ron, et.al. that I
saved, but wanted to run this up again.
