[V8] V8 5 speed Makeover

While I couldn't get the sticky throttle taken care of, I did replace  
the worn-out snow tires with the supposedly 'new' tires on my black  
V8 project/ parts car.  So on Sunday I made the trip without incident  
save for a bit of tire vibration that I attributed to the tires  
sitting for a bit and having wheels that hadn't been balanced. I  
arrived at Tim Hollister's for an afternoon and evening consisting of  
'new' front and rear bumpers, headlights, hood, headlight motor and  
throttle linkage lubrication.   And a schnitzel dinner with German  
potato salad courtesy Tim's better half Samantha ;-)

We actually got done early, though my drive home wasn't exactly as  
planned due to what happens to tires that really aren't new and have  
been sitting for a LOOONG time.  Let's just say I have never had the  
front end on ANY car shake like that.

Did I have a blowout?  Well, kinda.
