[V8] turkey gobble

I've been talking this over with Ron and Tony, but was curious what 
others have found.

Finished T-Belt job, now I have a squirrel in the car.  I say it's a 
squirrel, but "turkey gobble" sounds good too.  I'll listen to it again 
tomorrow.

What was the consensus as to the origin of this noise?  I replaced all 
bearings during the procedure.  Seems to be coming from the right 
cylinder head area, although nothing in there was touched (save for the 
cam gear during tensioning).
