[V8] turkey gobble

Could be a a few things. Oil pump bearing ( bad news, because your basicly 
doing the belt job all over again) Fan clutch bearing( not so bad. run motor 
with serp belt removed to see if noise goes away) or in  the belt is not 
tensioned correctly, and is slaping against the t-belt covers.  When you (or 
whoever did the belt) tensioned the the belt, did you leave the cam gears 
loose? Common mistake made by shops that dont have the proper tools to do 
this job. Al
