[V8] Timing Belt Progress

It's the big nut on the back side. It's a reverse thread. Make sure that you use a proper fitting wrench as it may be on tight. I purchased a set of vicegrip-like rubber strap tools (found some inexpensive plastic ones at Wal-mart, I believe). I used the best-fitting one to wrap around the viscous fan pulley for counter leverage (the serpentine belt was removed, of course).

Ok guys. I've gotten the front end off and now I'm stuck. How do
you get that darn cooling fan off? Is it the big nut on the back
side of the fan or is it the three small 10mm bolts on the fan
itself? I've posted some pictures for a visual progress report.
