[V8] Rims question

Still looking for some new rims and found these. Can anyone tell me whether 
the two Audi rims in the pictures are the ET35 offset needed for the V8? I'm 
pretty sure the A6 ones are, but the A4 sometimes used an ET45 offset and am 
wondering about those.
