[V8] tire size

For a 7" wheel, I'd say that the 215 would be a "max", with small at 195
and right on at 205. (25.4*7=177mm), so the 195 is a touch over the
wheel width. But Dave is correct that the 7" wheel should be "on" a V8.
(and I know that you know that).
