[V8] tire size

Yep -- 195 is actually the ideal width for a 7" wheel, taking contact
patch, sidewall construction, and all that happy hoopla into
consideration.  But in the end with a 2-ton car, that's the reason the
car came from the factory with 215s (and perhaps 205s on some models?).
