[V8] [ADMIN] Remember to Trim Your Posts ...

When there's a good discussion going on there's a chance that replies to
replies of replies start getting long.  As long as the information copied is
done to preserve context, there's nothing wrong with that ... but oftentimes
a significant part of the message is a collection to e-mail trailers and
disclaimers that stack up at the end of the post.  

Not that it is a common event, but over the past couple weeks there've been
a couple messages the server has queued for me because they were longer than
25K characters.  I've let them pass, but I thought it would be appropriate
to send a quick reminder to trim your posts before submitting them to the
list.
