Glad to hear that the V8 is again a "driver". 

The exhaust/cat seals Part #447 253 137 (60/60mm metallic) can be found

The inner busing on the lower control arm is Part # 431 407 183 A and

Depending on what was disassembled, yes you might need an alignment. If
you don't specifically know when one was done last it's a good idea just
to have it done, just to prevent any further poss tire wear.

As for the tranny fluid, you're never going to get all the old stuff out
(even if you pull the pan), so it's going to mix with the Mobil 1, IMO
degrading the whole point of using synth. Fluid, go just go regular. And
IIRC Dextron II or better is okay.

Lastly, the steering dampner is gas filled and it's V8 specific, the
one's from a 200 will fit but they are damped at the wrong rate.
