[V8] Block Heating

You really don't need one on the V8Q.  
In the bad old days before fuelish injection etc., we used to remove the
battery and put it in the basement or a hallway, then strap a lit drop
light to the bottom of the oil pan when it was going to get arctic cold
overnight.
