[V8] What would it take?

Honestly, as always, a car is only worth as much as you can get someone to
pay for it. Everyone knows that the value of V8q's has been tanking as of
late, but special cars can still get decent prices. It may take a fair
amount of time to get the right person interested at a fair price, but cheap
cars will always sell quickly. I have gone both ways in selling cars.
Obviously, some people will see other V8q's going for $1000, and wonder what
you're thinking, but people who know the history of the car and what has
gone into it will be willing to pay for that. Unfortunately, those people
are few and far between. Even then, they may need time to think about it
and convince their significant others that a 15 year old car is worth it.

In short, the car is probably worth what you're asking, but that doesn't
mean you'll sell it in a week.... or even a year. I guess the real question
is... How much do you want/need to sell the car? Price it accordingly.
