[V8] starter

Ron's bolt was far more forgiving than mine, which took three different
attempts and enough effort to break two wrenches. My wrench's
suggestion was to "buy a Chevy."
Now would be a great time to change your oil, seeing how you have to
remove the oil filter to remove the starter.
I removed the airbox, intake tube, and right dizzy cap. I also turned
the wheels (forgot which direction) to move the tie-rod out of the way.
Bottom bolt is.. 12mm allen? Something my FLAPS didn't have. I had to
use a T-50 or T-60 torx instead of an allen.
