Roger, you know you love these cars and have been looking for the "right one" for quite some time. There is NEVER going to be a perfect specimen! From your write up I sense that this one really only has very minor things that bother you...all of which can be resolved easily and for very minimal expense. If it were me, I would jump on this low mileage offering, fix the minor irritants, and love her for years to come...she is a 94 with 57,000 miles after all!
