[V8] ECU, IA chip, and Speed Limiter

I've seen 150+ with the chipped 3.6 and unchipped 4.2. Manual trans.

OH....but there is a limiter on the us 4.2 cars....Starting with my 92. 132
is all I get. I have Neds chip, and is a drag not to be able to see its full
potential. Al
