[V8] 18 mm offset

I'm looking to swap my 17x8 35ET wheels for the same dimensions but with
18ET.

 

To help get my head around the effects, will this increase or decrease
the amount of any rubbing at full lock?

 

And does anyone have any BTDTs if the increased offset will make the
rear wheels protrude out too far (i.e. past the fender lip) ?
