[V8] 18 mm offset

Depends..

The offset you state will push your tire/wheel out from the center
line of the car 17mm from stock.  So any rubbing that might occur
would likely be with the finder lip or fender liner in regard to the
tire corner/edge as it will be that much closer to those areas.

Given the same size wheel/tire you currently have, look at the outside
(visible) surfaces and add 17 mm.  Turn the wheels full lock and find
the closest distance between tire and fender liner currently and add
17mm.
