[V8] cooling troubleshooting & temp sensors

I have a sure fire diagnosing for a failed Viscous clutch fan... while the engine is @ idle...... try & stop the fan by grabing it. If it stops it's bad... if it doesn't, well look for a bandaide LOL.
I do not recomend those with delicate hands to do this, LOL
