OK, I thank Ingo, Tony, & Shayne for the tip on the ATF fluid to seat my inj.
 It worked flawlessly!

 But the problem I actually had was on the pass side part of the inj rail. Were the rail gets fitted to the threaded rod in the rear had come undone. There is a welded cylinder inside the rail that came lose. So I had to replace the inj tail & all is fine now.
