[V8] Rough Engine

O2 was also my first thought. Unplug it and see what the car does. It's not 
used by a cold engine, so that may be why you don't have any cold running 
problems. If the car runs better/smoother it's time to replace. I like to 
use the 4-wire suggested by many. I've had great results with it.
