[V8] Is this the end?

Might be for my "Exxon Valdeez". I've parked it at the shop asking the
factory trained VW/Audi expert to have a look at the leaking. This guy is
pretty funny. "after the warranty is up they all start to leak & break." I
said hey you're british, they were leakers of the first order.. he says,
"yeah well now the germans have taken over that spot". true enough the
japanese are making everyone look bad.

Actually doesn't leak or burn that much (1 liter per 1000K or so), just that
the burnoff after 10 minutes of running it is getting real annoying. stinks
too much for me and to be healthy I shut off the cabin fan.

to do the job right the engine would have to be pulled and at car prices
these days, probably best just to update!
