Interesting, wouldn't have the front cigarette lighter have been 3 feet 
closer?  I used the sunroof power lead for the same reason but went with 8 
inches of cord instead.

Bought 12ft of phone cord and routed it from the rear cigarette lighter 
along the center console, under the driver's floor mats, up the 
A-pillar, and resting in the headliner. So now I can hook up my 
Valentine 1 without dangling power cords.
