[V8] Console Access

Managed to wringe myself into a Cirque de Soleil position, remove side 
carpets, and access the airbag connectors.  Airbag codes are now read, 
airbag light is off, and even that pesky cigarette lighter light bulb 
has been changed.

How in hell does one access the light bulb for the PRND321 area?!  
Complete center console removal?

I even went around to the passenger side, removed the carpet, and found 
the same lack of access.
