[V8] Console Access

[Dave Head]

1. Pull up on the S/E/M knob. Remove teensy screw.
2. Place car in like 2nd gear
3. Press evenly down on the wood surround and slide it back 1/2" This 
will release it

The trick is doing it without cracking the veneer, or breaking one of 
the 4 plastic 'locks' that are stapled to the bottom of the wood veneer.
