[V8] Fuel evacuation

Wow, what's on my mind when I read the title as "fecal evacuation?"

When I worked in a shop, we had this old external fuel pump that 
wouldn't produce enough pressure to run a car, but still kicked over 
with voltage.  We put some gas line on each end and would feed it into 
tanks to siphon them empty with just some jumper wires from the battery.

I imagine you could get one from an local shop?  Surely there's one 
sitting on a bench or in a trash can.

Or buy yourself one of those pumping siphon pumps/bilge pumps from your 
FLAPS.
