[V8] Fuel evacuation

I had let my '90 V8 sit over 2 years.  It siezed up the Fuel Pump and i had to clean the injectors.

I removed the pump and got it to run free.  While I had the Tank open I siphoned it dry.  It had crystalized fuel on the bottom of the tank.  You may want to look in there to see what your problem was.
