[V8] Fuel evacuation

OK , after writing the last sentence in my response I feel a little dumb :)

After I have siphoned the old gas out I should be able to just put
some new in and then crack the line somewhere to check and see that
there is flow and maybe clear out the rest of the stale, like right at
the fuel filter?
