Jason, Ed, et All,
This is not b/c I am afraid of getting a little gasoline on myself.
Rather it is b/c I parked the bitch in anger 3 years ago, never added
any Stabil or the like, and now I need to get it started again and
back out of the barn. It has sat covered and on wood blocks but I did
not think about the fuel at the time. It has several gallons in it
that I would like to replace with fresh petrol before I swap in some
new plugs and try to get it fired. That is why I am interested in
getting it out of the lines as well.
Although thinking I was asking this just to replace the FPR is pretty funny!
Looks like I'll siphon, and then check FP operation and work my way
forward. Can I just hook up the FP to 12V on the bench and see if it
spins?
TIA
John
