[V8] Fuel evacuation

I had the same reaction.  You mention the FPR.  Are you changing that?
 I did so without purging any fuel.  Just loosened the connection
gently to let and residual pressure bleed off, then Bob's yer uncle,
you just swap in the new FPR.
