That is correct. Where the carpet meets the bottom of the rear seat
there is Phillips screw one on each side of the seat the holds the lower
seat in place (otherwise the seat will just left up). There are three
wires running to the bottom of the seat (for the lower seat heater), be
careful not to move the seat too far without disconnecting those first
;-)
