[V8] hissing sound from the fuel pump?

When the V8Q is stalling and seems to not be be geeting and fuel I hear
like a hissing sound from what I would assume is the fuel pump.when the
car runs good,there is not hissing that I hear.today,as I fed the gas it was at about 3500-4000rpm but going only 60km/h,then out of nowhere she responded and went up to 130km/h and down to about 3000rpm.any suggestions?
