[V8] hissing sound from the fuel pump?

Not sure this is as previllant in the V8's as it was
in the earlier Audi's.......but maybe the fuel pump
screen is clogged a bit?
 From what I remember about this subject, the fuel
tank is coated with some form of coating. & the fuel
pump basket has a screen....as I said above....maybe
it's glogged a bit?
