[V8] Rear Defrost Inop

Hm. Maybe not enough amperage?  I would change out the defroster  
switch with a known good. And remember, Those from '90 only work for  
'90.  The Other switches are good for '91-93 cars. If you try putting  
one from a '90 V8 into a later car, you'll just end up with  
(literally) a puff of smoke and an inoperative switch.
