[V8] Rear Fog Light

It seems Audi, Land Rover, and Jag drivers are the worst offenders...

Boy, have I thought those words about a thousand times over. Even worse, 
starting in about '05, Audi uses two rear fog lights, so it looks Exactly 
like brake lights, with the center one burned out. Jeez.......
