[V8] Disable security lockup of the radio

If it's in the car and working now, you're all set IIRC. Just enter the
coding sequence and set it to 0000. You should have a GammaCC (long LCD
across the face), vs. the Short one with rounded buttons (Delta). I'll
post it tonight.

Some Delta's are hard-coded, and cannot be changed. Combram is correct.
