[V8] Disable security lockup of the radio

I tried this last night and am not sure I'm doing it right.  Or maybe,
my code is already set to 000.

When I push and hold FM1 & AM (it's a Gamma deck), it comes up with
CODE then changes to 1000.  I blank the 1 and press/hold AM & FM1
again and it seems to repeat.

I fortunately never managed to lock the radio, so that was good.
