[V8] Headliner woes

Ok, I know this is a common problem, but my 91 seems to have been immune to the sagging syndrome...until now.  Is there an "easy" cure to this?  I've heard that the glue doesn't go out as much as the foam disintegrates, so re-gluing may be pretty temporary.  A little age sagging occurs to us all eventually, but the back seat is getting a bit cramped--heightwise.
