... my wife talked to the guy at the Costco station the other day ... he
told her that they go around to the local stations and use that value to set
their price.  I'm inclined to believe is as I've seen a difference in the
price at different Costco stations in the area.  

Of course all the other stations check out the price at Costco as they set
their prices for the day ... 

... glad my commute vehicle is a motorcycle, but even that can take over $20
to fill ...
