[V8] Timing Belt

        Hi,  I'm in the middle of doing my timing belt on my 1990 V8.
All is going well, I'm ready to take off the belt in the morning. Does anyone 
have any info on the belt tension? The directions don't make sense to me,
I'm hoping they do when I take it off. Also, does the friction pad go 
under the tensioner,where I can't see it.
        So far the directions from this site have been great, I have a manual,
but I don't know if I would have tried it without this forum and the Audifans site.
