[V8] Timing Belt

You have the manual....then it's pretty self
explanatory.
 You use the tensioner idler pulley & set the damper
to 5 1/8th inches. Shown in Volume 1 page 15-35-2.

 The friction pad goes on the tensioner lever
assembley. It attaches to the tensioning roller/lever.

 Again, pretty self explanitory once you remove
everything.
