[V8] 1990 V8 p/s pump

I did torque the cap. I wet the o-ring with fluid before installing it.
I've just cleaned the area and am waiting for it to dry before I try to
determine where the leak is. I really hope it is not anything requiring
removal of the pump again because the holes for the two mounts bolts were
stripped and I had to tap them as deep as possible and cut new bolts to
custom length to maximize the bite. Then I used blue Loctite on them. I
really don't want to disturb that.
Anyway, I'll see what it is in due time.
