My 93 V8 sits in the Garage in the winter time as my 87 5000 CD qt would
get very jealous if I brought the 4.2 out in the snow . The V8 now has
270 KMs but as some of you might remember I did all the T Belt
components /Valve train maintenance / new rad . This years project will
possibly be putting in my brand new Trans . I hope to make it to
Carlisle to meet my America Friends.
Cheers
Superdave
Ottawa
Ps had the V8 for 4 years

I am proud to say our V8 has been in the family since new. It was the
first V8 delivered in Canada and I bought it off my dad in 99. Still
runs strong and I drive it daily in the winter. It has 250KM and I do
all the maintenance thanks to you guys. I bought my wife an 04 Avant A6
and I much prefer the old V8.
Cheers,
Mark

I purchased my first V8 in 1997 with 114k on her...flew to UT and drove
her home to Seattle - it was love at first drive. :) She now has 204k
on her. I still own her, but she gets very little road time now. I'll
likely put her up for sale fairly soon as I just don't drive her
anymore.
I purchased my second V8 in early 2000 for my wife. She had 130k on her
when we bought her. I sold this one in 2002.
My daily driver now is my 2001 S8 that I picked up in 2006...once again,
it was love at first drive. :)
Cheers,
Justin
