My 1st car was a 70 Dodge Charger that had a blown
motor. My dad got it for me & said it would curb my
lack of focuse in life....well he was rite! I was able
to source a 440 Mit three dueces & needless to say I
got in to SO much trouble with that car my dad made me
sell it & he got me a 87 5ksq NON TURBO Quattro! I
ended up falling in love with that car!
So bought six years ago I was looking through the
local rag & came across a guy selling three V8Q's. So
I went to take a look...one thing led to another & I
was the new owner of three V8q's. One Tornado Red, &
two were Pearl White. One was a low mileage (82K)
driver & the other was a parts car.
Thats what lead me down my fasination with V8's. Which
is a VERY long story.
But 2 years ago New Years I sold the old Pearl beast
& bought a 91 V8 5sp...the rest is all most history.
 I'll never sell my babey...or maybe I would ;-P

But as far as Carlisle goes this year...me & my 5sp
will be there. I'll be going @ the end of the month to
Atlanta to go pick up the cars new 4.2 motor, ordered
a South Bend Stage 2 clutch kit, ordering the DTM
front chin spoiler, getting the Alcon BBK brackets
machined for the 323x30 rotors, ect ect ect!
So It won't be hard to not see me....I'll be the guy
next to the hotest V8 :-)
