TMK, they are not LEDs but microbulbs. 

It's easier to pay AutohausAZ $15 for a new switch than to take apart 
the switch and solder in a new bulb.

And I believe Tony said that the PRNDL light is a total PITA to get to, 
removal of the center console piece appears to be necessary.  One MAY be 
able to get to it if one removes the side carpet and the black airduct 
thing.  There is NO access for removal through the top wood piece (that 
houses the SEM switch).
