[V8] running short of hair to pull out

Others here know more than I do, but here's what I would check:
 
1.  Make sure throttle position sensor does not have water in it.
 
2.  Check to make sure Hall Sender at right rear distr. in good shape.
 
3.  Check oxy sensor.
 
4.  Check engine sensors.  I recall that the failure mode of one of them is to cause the car to stall, but it usually runs okay until then, but the other causes rough running I believe.  I think one of the ways to tell relates to what the tach is doing.  Maybe someone else can chime in?
