[V8] oil leaks and such

But what am I going to do when the heads are rebuilt, the engine block has
done about 150-200 000 km and all gaskets has been replaced... and it still
leaks?
Of course it could be a faulty gasket, but it would be strange that it would
leak in the excact same manner as before..
