[V8] Rear C/A bushings

Hello Guys -

 

My rear control arm bushings are shot.   The two outer ones (leading and
trailing the lower shock mount) seem fine, but the inners where the arm
bolts to the rear subframe are ruined.

 

Has anyone replaced just the two inners, leaving the four outers alone -
or gone to do so but found the outers were worn more than they appeared?

 

Any insight would be very appreciated!
