[V8] Ingition sensors

As predicted - I had a timing ref sensor go bad - causing the usual hot
start problem.  After I got it out, I can see that it does indeed
"open up" when heat is applied.  You can watch the
resistance rapidly increase to about 2k - then poof - open. 
Actually, both sensors are doing it - meaning that they all fail after
some period of time.  I dissected one of mine, and can see that there
was no oil or anything in it - they just go bad from heat cycles.

(btw, there is several thousand turns of 0.002" magnet wire in
there - probably gage AWG 42.5)

Now - here is the crazy part
-
a wheel antilock brake sensor is the same device, and comes very
close to physically fitting.  I am going to install it and see if it
works.  From my bench testing, these sensors are way more stable
under heat.
 I am also going to try to rewind my old sensor if I
can find the wire somewhere.
