[V8] Ingition sensors

Well...

An antilock brake sensor does work as a timing sensor - the motor  
starts right up.  I won't be able to test drive it for a while but it  
looks good.  Now I guess I need to come up with a good way to splice  
on a connector.
I currently have it installed as the "black" sensor which I think is  
the one that counts flywheel teeth.  I am going to put another one in  
for the reference sender as soon as I get another.
