[V8] my timing belt

Do I have to remove the strut bar to get to those screws? It seems like a
pretty tight fit.
I don't have any documentation, but the timing belt looks pretty good. I
don't see any cracks at all and the teeth seem to be in good shape (unlike
the serpentine belt I just removed, which is missing almost all of its
ribs. >< )
